AT&T
Client, Producer
While at AT&T*, I worked in product innovation as a Strategist specializing in storytelling and design. I advocated for human-centered design, as I worked closely with our research team to create and champion new design frameworks. I looked to holistically innovate the DIRECTV product experience and advocated for human-centered design. This included me developing future provocations of our video entertainment platform. Here are some sample stories I was able to convey with the help of IDEO and Sid Lee.
This long-term product strategy involved working with the various leaders throughout the Experience Design Studio to help define an overall product vision. The results of this product strategy was a deliverable presentation that was shared with the C-Suite of the AT&T Entertainment Group, as well as others throughout the AT&T organization.
This project was crafted by many and organized by myself with the support of the Director of Strategy & Research. My role was to help define and visualize DIRECTV's Next-Gen product experience story and strategic framework. I created various toolsets and measurements articulating how the Experience Design Studio delivered and operated against the overall organizational strategy. My responsibilities included Strategic Development, Storytelling and Internal Consultation.
